It really depends what you want to do. For a fun relaxing atmosphere, the small dirty hotels are the most fun. I'm talking about the Casino Royales, Osheas, and my favorite, Bills.As for things that are special, the Bellagio Fountains are almost a must, the Volcano at Mirage is kinda cool, Sirens of TI, lions at MGM, there are so many things to do.Caesar's Palace is a fine hotel but I think a little overrated. I'd go for something newer, something like Vdara, which are full suites and much nicer. Or around the same budget at Caesars, Planet Hollywood Westgate Towers, again nice suites.Personally i love the excalibur casino - buzzing atmosphere all times of the day and night - i find the bigger swankier hotels havent got quite the same atmosphere as the cheaper holes - you get the serious high rollers in the big hotels who take their gambling seriously - the cheaper hotels have a great atmosphere because people are there to have fun.
